RUMOR: SHERIFF SILLS PLANS RE-ATTACK ON NUWAUBIAN LAND.

THIS TIME HE “WANTS BLOOD!”

SHERIFF HOWARD RICHARD SILLS

Sources have revealed that Putnam County Sheriff Howard Richard Sills is planning on killing all Nuwaubians at 404 Shady Dale Rd. But not just the Nuwaubians who reside on the property, but throughout Eatonton and wherever he finds them. Sheriff Howard Richard Sills is talking amongst his circle of friends and apparent brothers, and this is what he has been quoted as saying:
“I am going to clean up this mess once and for all,” “I’ve had enough of this Nuwaubian bullshit,” “I am not having no more of this in MY town,” “I am going to do what the Feds were afraid to do,” “I am going to put an end to those religious books.”
And by that, he intends to KILL everyone at 404 Shady Dale Rd. Sheriff Howard Richard Sills does not care about the so-called molested victims. Sheriff Howard Richard Sills could care less about a bunch of little black kids who were offered money to claim they were abused. He is using them for his own motives. These so-called victims (who are basically poor and homeless) were offered food, money and were put on a “confidential payroll” to make all of these false accusations against The Honourable Rev. Dr. Malachi Z. York in an attempt to character assassinate him and destroy the organization.
This is all about stopping the doctrine from being taught.

Remember, it was reported in 1999 by sources at the Macon Telegraph that Sheriff Howard Richard Sills was rumored to have said,
“I’m going to have to do a Waco on them (the Nuwaubians).”
Make note that shortly after word got out about his plans to murder Nuwaubians, on July 30, 1999, Sheriff Howard Richard Sills said on ABC News, and we quote:
“Every incident involving every one of those groups ended in some sort of tragedy did it not?”
This was a confirmation of those rumors. And if you recall Sheriff Howard Richard Sills was coming to 404 Shady Dale Rd. every other day with papers to serve people that he knew did not live at 404 Shady Dale Rd. The entire “I’m here to serve so and so” is just a front to get onto the property and start a confrontation. Don’t think that Sheriff Howard Richard Sills is waiting to get a warrant or some other official paper to execute his plans.

The plan is to make it look like it is the Nuwaubians’ fault. He has plans to incite a riot by starting some trouble or stage an incident where he will call on one of his flunkies at the entrance gate, when he doesn’t get the response he wants. That’s when he is going to start shooting. Everybody knows that when shooting starts, no one asks questions; they just respond by doing more shooting. The questions are asked later — after the loss of many innocent lives.

Another plan was to come before dawn like they did Yahweh Ben Yahweh when everyone is caught off guard and in a daze. They intended to come before dawn on May 8, 2002, but as fate would have it, things didn’t go that way. Sources say Sheriff Howard Richard Sills made the remark that the Feds didn’t want to complete the job because it was getting dark. In so many words, he literally said the Feds didn’t do a proper job and they should come back after being on the Nuwaubians land from approximately 3:00 P.M. to 12:00 A.M. 9 hours of searching with over 300 agents. And that’s exactly what he’s planning to do — COME BACK, but this time with heads rolling, big and small (meaning adults and children). Sheriff Howard Richard Sills was heard saying he doesn’t care — he wants all Nuwaubians wiped out of Putnam County. Sheriff Howard Richard Sills is the one who said that the FBI and his officers were afraid to do what he intends to do.

…backed off because they feared the Nuwaubians were regrouping and coming. Again he is insulting the federal agents and make note the people that were so-called regrouping were unarmed and at least a mile down the road. According to *The Macon Telegraph*, May 10, 2002 Sills is quoted: *”The search was probably not as thorough as it could have been. The FBI received direct information that the Nuwaubians were going to arm themselves, mass and try to retake the compound. I immediately blocked the road again, and it was reported to me that we had a couple hundred of them massed at either side of the roadblocks.”* People from different parts of Georgia heard about what was going on and came out of concern. Sheriff Sills makes it seem like people were armed and dangerous. Sheriff Sills is again trying to incite violence. Now how is that possible when:

1. The raid showed there were not stockpiling weapons,
2. The few guns found there belonged to the registered security officers or broken rifles kept as souvenirs; yet no one bothered to print the truth about that.
3. If the few guns were confiscated how could anyone regroup with guns.
4. The people that were outside were threatened by cocked rifles if they tried to approach the officers by their cars let alone to enter the 404 Shady Dale Property.
5. Most of the people were outside women and children residents and non-residents while the remainder of the residents were at work.
6. The FBI themselves commented on the raid saying it was a waste of taxpayers money and were quite apologetic.
7. Sheriff Howard Richard Sills is very aware of all the money that he has wasted and is totally responsible for all of this offense. He has no choice, but to try and make this whole ordeal end with a bang!

He is a broken man and in his current mental state plans to target Nuwaubians by using their license plates, clothing, jackets, hats and any type of paraphernalia affiliated with any organization that is associated with the Nuwaubians. **BE CAREFUL AND BEWARE!** You know what they say about a vicious dog that is backed into a corner. They have nowhere to go but out at you. They attack. Sills is backed into a corner, because his plans thus far have not worked. He thought the organization would crumble once they incarcerated *The Honourable Rev. Dr. Malachi Z. York*, but the Nuwaubians kept on going. Sheriff Howard Richard Sills stated himself in the *Newton Citizen*, *“Sheriff’s seek to allay fears of Nuwaubian presence”* by Ray Jones dated Saturday December 14, 2002 that the Nuwaubians are still functioning, albeit in smaller numbers. *“Putnam County Sheriff Howard Sills said Friday Nuwaubian activity has decreased dramatically since York was arrested in May, shortly after a raid on the Nuwaubian compound in rural Putnam County. ‘We have not seen, since York’s arrest, any sort of militant activity at any court hearing,’ Sills said. ‘It’s just hasn’t been much of an organized presence… other than at these last three hearings.’”*

Just imagine, this slander, smear campaign and death threats have gone on for over 4 years. The allegations Sills and the Putnam County Officials made about the Nuwaubians have created a FALSE perception of the Nuwaubians as armed and dangerous, and the 404 Shady Dale Road as an armed compound. When in truth, residents and visitors found on the property that day were proven to be law abiding God-fearing American, registered voting citizens. Not once during any visit to the property by Sheriff Sills in 1998 or on May 8, 2002 when the FBI came to the property to execute a “No Knock” Federal Search Warrant were there found any illegal firearms or stockpiling of weapons anywhere on the property. Note during the first time the FBI came to the 404 Shady Dale property the left peacefully, showing FBI agents as complete bodyless \[sic] backs. Back in 1996 the GBI also came and did a thorough search of the land and found no weapons except for the same 7 rifles of which at least three are souvenirs and legal. They even came back on Sunday’s to fish. They know the Nuwaubians are no threat. This is the same sentiment expressed by newscasters on the CBS news broadcast, which aired May 11, 2002 at 7A.M… When the interviewer asked Sheriff Sills why that type of force was necessary, he stated he used extreme force because the Nuwaubians were a “cult”, yet another falsehood. Sheriff Sills, you have overstepped your bounds this time, inciting unnecessary alarm among law enforcement officials through your own personal vendetta against the Nuwaubians, risking the lives of babies, children and men. In fact, if violence is a concern, Howard Richard Sills is the one the government should be worried about. Sills can’t help but be violent, as we have been told, we hear that it’s in his blood to be that way. We have been told by the natives of Putnam County, those who know the history, that Sheriff Sills’s father Roland Sills shot his step mother (which was labeled an accident) that resulted in her death was an armed confrontation, then hiding his deception by having the record of his divorce from Cathy Taylor Sills sealed concealing the facts of his violent nature. According to the locals *“he beat the hell out of her”* and the rumors of Sills’s having had a hand in the murder of Michael Flynn, the motorcyclist who was rumored to be having an affair with his ex-wife Cathy Sills. Sources say out of jealous rage and anger Sills had him killed. These are the things that go on in Putnam County that need some real investigation and they will find the facts.

Sources also reveal that Sheriff Howard Richard Sills is not sure how to execute his plans yet, but he will have it together within a week or two before January 20, 2003 A.D., so are the Nuwaubians afraid? NO!!! They are confident and in the body of Christ. We have told you all this man seems to have a personal vendetta against Rev. York and all Nuwaubians. **GOD HAS MADE A WAY AND GOD WILL MAKE A WAY!** They will be like Daniel in the lion’s den. Daniel 6:20-22 says, *“And when he came to the den, he cried with a lamentable voice unto Daniel: and the king spake and said to Daniel, O Daniel, servant of the living God, is thy God, whom thou servest continually, able to deliver thee from the lions? Then said Daniel unto the king, O king, live forever. My God hath sent his angel, and hath shut the lions’ mouths, that they have not hurt me: forasmuch as before him innocency was found in me: and also before thee, O king, have I done no hurt.”*
