RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We're committed to your total satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may receive a full refund of the product price less the shipping & handling charges (if you receive free shipping on your order, 10% will be deducted from the price of the product(s) within 14 business days of receipt of the item(s). To receive either a credit toward an exchange or a credit to the original means of payment, please note that all returns and exchanges must be in new, unused or unworn condition, with the original tags and stickers attached. We inspects all merchandise when we receive and ship our merchandise and we are confident that all merchandise is in perfect condition when shipped. Items deemed worn, used, dirty or missing tags by us will be returned to the purchaser at the expense and no refund will be issued. If you receive an incorrect item or a damaged item, we must be notified within 7 days of receiving the item(s). If you receive item(s) due to an error on our part, please return the item(s) to the address below and a refund for the returned shipping charges will be issued back to the original means of payment. If a return is received that is not an error on our part, you accept full responsibility for all return shipping charges.

We cannot be held responsible for lost return/exchange packages during transit. Therefore, we highly recommend that your package be issued with a delivery confirmation.
All refunds will be applied to the original means of payment. If you would prefer an exchange, there are no additional shipping charges for exchanging an item(s).
Please allow 14 days for all returns & exchanges to be completed. All return and exchange must come with this form.
Holiday return/exchange policy
Holiday orders place from November 1st to December 24th will be accepted for return until January 15th.
